Our Sound Journey will allow you to drop into a deep state of meditative bliss and nervous system regulation. With 9 Chakra Tuned Pure Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls attuned to ‘Perfect Pitch’ 432hz frequency creating a sound vibration that resonates with the natural harmonic state of the human body and the Earth, bringing harmony and balance, the body can then naturally come back into homeostasis allowing profound healing to occur.
Sound Frequency is the medicine of the future, as these crystalline frequencies penetrate deep into our cellular DNA to purify, restore and restructure the cells to their original divine blueprint, clearing and releasing trauma and blockages. A series of crystalline pools — held by the curves of the earth, yet overflowing... spilling into each other... cascading down smooth rocks in waterfalls that sang the song of abundance.

Brieann is a certified Somatic Breathwork and Kundalini Revive Facilitator, Sound Therapist, Yoga, Pilates and Mindfulness Instructor and founder of Wabi-Sabi Well; a multidimensional method that cross pollinates movement, meditation and other self-renewing rituals to restore peace, harmony and overall sense of wellbeing.
With a passion for integrative health, Brieann combines ancient wisdom with modern technologies for holistic transformation. This multidimensional approach unites physical, mental, emotional, spiritual and energetic well-being, which allows you to experience the best of traditional physical fitness (ie. cardio, strength, postural realignment, flexibility) alongside therapeutic and healing arts, metaphysical fitness and Shamanic sacred dimensions.
Brieann’s intuitive and wholehearted approach is grounded in over 19 years of experience in the wellness industry, working in traditional gyms and boutique mindful movement studios, as well as rehabilitation programs and residential treatment centres providing support for individuals suffering from depression, anxiety, drug and alcohol addiction, eating disorders, trauma and relationship issues. Her work also has global reach via her online mentorship and digital programs.
Expect sessions to be positively unique, drawing on multi-sensory experiences, movement, massage, sound therapy, trauma informed breathwork and art, all entwined with symbolic and mythopoetic magic.

What do I need to bring?
Prepare a comfortable space to lie down, flat with NO PILLOW, Bring a blanket, journal and pen and for the most immersive experience headphones are recommended. Pls remember to put your phone on Do Not Disturb.
Is this trauma therapy?
No. If you are dealing with big T trauma or need someone physically present to support and hold you, this event is not for you. This process can touch on sensitive, raw and vulnerable areas. A baseline level of stability is important. Seek support from a licensed healthcare professional if you feel like you might come unglued in this process. Alternatively, ask your therapist if somatic release breathwork, sensual movement and meditation would be suitable for you at this time. If you’re unsure reach out to me and together, we can determine whether this is right for you at this moment.
Are there any contraindications?
Breathwork can result in intense physical and emotional release. Therefore, it is not advised for persons with a history of cardiovascular disease, including angina or heart attack, high blood pressure, glaucoma, retinal detachment, significant recent physical injuries or surgery.
Breathwork is not advised for persons with severe mental illness or seizure disorders or for persons using major medications. It is also unsuitable for anyone with a personal or family history of aneurysms. Pregnant women are advised against practicing Breathwork without first consulting and getting approval from their primary care physician. Persons with asthma should bring their inhaler and consult with their primary care physician and the Breathwork class facilitator
